April is here, the river is receding, and hopefully things will be back to ‘normal’ around our region before long. Let’s hope that the snow stays gone for several more months and the green will appear, the flowers will bloom, oh yeah, I said this all last month – but I guess it was premature! This is going to be the month for spring in Fargo!
This month I’m changing things up some for the blog contest. I find that not everyone realizes you should post a comment to the official contest entry to be entered into the contest. So what I’m going to do is take ALL the comments from ALL the entries for the month and enter them. Each person’s name only gets entered once but please don’t let that stop you from commenting to everything! I hope this helps with some confusion and gets everyone entered who wants to be entered. If by chance someone is chosen who didn’t want to be entered, I will redraw. But really, who doesn’t want to be entered?!
This months giveaway is once again a complimentary standard session of your choice to be used any time in the next 12 months! That’s a $100 monetary value but the lifelong value far exceeds that!
Even today, my youngest turns 6. It’s always amazing to me how fast these birthdays come around. There are so many memories wrapped up in every year and I love that I try to capture them all. As much as we’d like, these little ones don’t stay little for long! My oldest heads off to high school next fall, there will be senior pictures before I know it! NOW is a good time to capture who they are TODAY. Yearly photographs don’t always need to hold off until a birthday or a holiday, take advantage of beautiful locations and warm weather and special events that happen all year long! And schedule early – dates do fill up. If a few months go by and you need to reschedule, we can try to work that in. But you don’t want to miss out by scheduling too late!

Are there any rules? Well, of course there are – but nothing major. If you live outside the Fargo – Moorhead area and you win, the session time is complimentary but the travel is not. We’ll have to discuss that when necessary. All complimentary sessions can be redeemed up to one year of the month you won. So if you won in March this year, you have until the end of March next year to redeem your session.

Know that your name shows in the comment box [however you enter it in - first names only are just fine] Your email address comes to me but I only use it to email you back if you win. I’m not a spammer! If you put a web address for yourself, your name becomes a hyperlink to your site – a great way to get some interest coming your way.
